The Canal at Cosgrove
About the Canal
The lake and GUC canal will be open to members all year. Situated in Cosgrove, close to Cosgrove Park. Access the lake via the GUC towpath. Parking near the marina is available for members, accessed via Lock Lane. The club's stretch of canal runs from the Iron Trunk aqueduct to the lock near Cosgrove Marina. Boats do moor along this stretch. There are the usual canal species for members to catch, carp, roach, bream, perch, gudgeon, pike and the odd zander.
